Gluten Free By The Sea is a dedicated gluten free bakery in Wilmington, NC, preparing fresh baked products for the public since 2016.
Cathy Adkin began this bakery as a blend of her passion for baking and customer service with her personal necessity for following a celiac lifestyle. She applies her professional training as pastry chef/chef with more than 30 years experience to create for you this line of wholesome, top quality gluten free product line.
While the entire menu is 100% gluten free, some items can accommodate additional dietary restrictions without compromising taste or texture. We pride ourselves on serving baked goods that you will be proud to serve all your guests.
Gluten Free By The Sea offers a wide range of baked goods from biscotti to wedding cakes and so many items in between.
Our Products
We bake all our items from scratch. Our standard flour is blended in our bakery, and all ingredients are selected for their consistent high quality, enabling us to continue pleasing our discerning customers.
We make every effort to re-create the taste and texture of the non-gf counterpart menu items.
