We bake from scratch and blend our own flour, enabling us to accommodate many restrictive diets.

 

Gluten Free By The Sea is owned and operated by a professionally trained chef/pastry chef.  After decades of industry experience, recipes and formulas have been established to accommodate her Celiac lifestyle. 

All products are gluten free and wheat free.    

Everything we make is prepared in our own dedicated commercial kitchen, which is located in Wilmington, NC
