Gluten Free By The Sea is owned and operated by a professionally trained chef/pastry chef.  After decades of industry experience, recipes and formulas have been established to accommodate her Celiac lifestyle. 
All products are gluten free and wheat free.    

Everything we make is prepared in our own dedicated commercial kitchen, which is located in Wilmington, NC

Our standard flour is made in house, and consists of Organic Brown Rice Flour, Tapioca Flour and Potato Starch.  No soy flour.  On occasion, we will use a nut flour - as a main ingredient - not as a substitution; such as almond flour in our festive Linzer cookies
